In 1974 The Rt Hon Patricia Hewitt MP, Secretary of State for Health, became General Secretary of The National Council for Civil Liberties (NCCL). Just a year 
later The Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE), founded in October 1974, was invited to affiliate. The purpose of this group is to campaign for an acceptance of paedophilia. Also in 1975, Patricia Hewitt joined the Campaign for Homosexual Equality, as a ‘straight’. Given Harriett Harman’s background, niece of 
who spent the best part of the 70’s fighting to get the paedophile child killer Hindley out of jail, it is none to surprising that she would be drawn to a group like this. Before becoming an MP for Peckham 
was the legal officer for the NCCL in the late 1970’s. Jack Dromey, Harman’s husband served on the Executive Committee of NCCL from 1970 to 1979. He is now Treasurer of the Labour Party. It was during this period that Harriett Harman achieved her greatest and probably made her uncle extremely proud.
Harman was a newly qualified solicitor in 1978 when she became legal officer for the NCCL. PIE had been an affiliate for about four years. Its members openly argued for the abolition of the age of consent. It is not surprising, therefore, to find Harman complicit in wanting the age of consent lowered to 14 and incest decriminalised. So when the Protection of Children Bill was put before Parliament in order to tighten the laws on child pornography by banning indecent images of under-16s Harriett Harman was at the forefront of the NCCL response. Signed by Harriett Harman in April 1978, the NCCL’s formal response to the Government proposals to reform sex laws dubbed a “Lolita’s Charter” was unbelievable. 
Harman argued that, “…childhood sexual experiences, willingly engaged in, with an adult result in no identifiable damage…Although this harm may be of a somewhat speculative nature, where participation falls short of physical assault, it is none-the-less justifiable to restrain activities by photographer which involve placing children under the age of 14 (or, arguably, 16) in sexual situations. We suggest that the term ‘indecent’ be qualified as follows: – A photograph or film shall not for this purpose be considered indecent (a) by reason only that the model is in a state of undress (whether complete or partial); (b) unless it is proved or is to be inferred from the photograph or film that the making of the photograph or film might reasonably be expected to have caused the model physical harm or pronounced psychological or emotional disorder.”
It wasn’t until 1982 that PIE and the NCCL ended their affiliation. This was the same year that Harriett Harman left the NCCL to become MP for Peckham and PIE went underground. Was this Harman’s attempt to smooth over her paedophilic persona prior to her parliamentary career…Given the Labour Party’s record she had little to be concerned about.

I agree with Ian and propose that this should extend much further to include Lib Dems as well as other offices of power such as law and order including judges that time and again give such lenient sentences. It is time the lot of them were exposed. But of course, our Prime Minister would not wish such a “witch-hunt”.

The Daily Mail has exposed the support of some of the leading members of the National Council forCivil Liberties who used it as a bandwagon to promote paedophilia and themselves politically.
The Peoples’ Rights Centre was set up in Bournemouth during the 1980s by the the committee members of the Bournemouth NCCL Group. The centre operated from The Bournemouth headquarters of the Labour Party and gave advice to paedophiles as well as applying for a grant of public money to open an advice centre with full time paid officials. Details can be checked in the Bournemouth Echo and the Advertiser/Bournemouth Tmes.
The three ‘officials’ hijacked the NCCL Group and took it over. All three were members of the Militant Tendency, one of whom held an important post in the local Labour Party.
Eventually the Peoples’ Rghts Centre was exposed and closed down. Officials of NCCL visited Bournemouth and the three ‘Militant’ officials resigned.
Liberty as it is now known, is paedophile orientated,and the damage that it did in propelling some of it’s members to the top of the dunghill is huge and ca never be calculated.
The three officials simply moved on to pastures new ………
