Labour party activist and Co-founder of the Paedophile Information exchange Ian Campbell Dunn

Co-founder of the 1974 organisation Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) which campaigned to legalise sex between adults and children homosexual activist Ian Campbell Dunn was a member of the Labour Party and a trade union activist in Nalgo and UNISON. He was a local council candidate for Labour and applied to become a candidate in the new Scottish Parliament.

After Dunn’s death in 1998, the one time Labour candidate and homosexual activist friend Peter Tatchell wrote his obituary in The Independent, which describes him as “a pioneer” among other things. A young man at the funeral claimed to have been raped by Dunn when he was a kid and stated he was attending “to make sure he was dead”.
